Vion Boxtel B.V.
Vion Boxtel is Vion’s largest production location in the Netherlands. At this location, products are sorted, selected and cut to a wide variety of customer specifications. As a ham deboning and cutting centre, the location is certified in accordance with the highest standards. Proof of this top quality is the granting of export permits for Greece and Italy, as well as for America. China, Japan and Korea. For these countries, too, specific cuts are produced and packaged. Every week, some 90,000 pigs are slaughtered at this location and processed for the industry and retail worldwide. Including flex workers, approximately 1,700 employees work at Vion’s production location in Boxtel.
